This Privacy Policy is for the LeadFusion private beta and explains how the app handles account, uploaded, and enriched data.
Data processed during beta
LeadFusion may process company names, websites, uploaded Excel files, enriched company data, account information, and user business profiles so the app can run enrichment jobs, show history, and generate exports.
Data created by enrichment
The app may store discovered websites, website text, descriptions, contact details, validation status, and social links in a cache to improve speed and avoid repeated processing.
AI processing
When AI features are enabled, relevant website text and your business profile may be sent to the configured AI provider to create concise descriptions or profile drafts.
Data retention
During beta, uploaded files, exports, cache records, and job history are retained unless an administrator deletes them. A formal retention schedule should be set before public scale.
Review before CRM import
Exported data should be reviewed before CRM import or outreach. Automated enrichment can be incomplete or incorrect, especially during beta.
